Ingredients:

1.4kg frozen I&J®: Battered Australian Hoki Bites
600g finely shredded green cabbage
200g finely shredded red cabbage
30g thinly sliced spring onion
Lemon infused olive oil, for drizzling
Lemon wedges and aioli, for serving

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen I&J Battered Hoki Bites following packet directions.

2. Combine salad ingredients. Arrange cooked hoki bites over salad. Drizzle with lemon oil. Serve with lemon and aioli.
