Ingredients:

10 frozen Edgell® Plant Based: Plant Based Burger
10 toasted multigrain brioche buns
454g tub frozen Edgell®: Chunky Avocado Pulp, thawed following packet directions
550g sliced tomato
100g sliced red onion
100g green coral lettuce leaves

Instructions:

Cook frozen Edgell Plant Based Burgers following packet directions.
Assemble bun bases with Edgell Avocado, tomato, plant based burgers, onion and lettuce. Top with bun lids and serve.
